4, functional characteristics
(1) The equipment adopts high-strength aluminium profiles as the main frame, equipped with high-power heating aluminium board and electro-wood board platform as LCD platform, and the surface is pasted with high-temperature Teflon rubber cloth, which is smooth, horizontal and without gaps, beautiful and generous.
(2) A third of the preheated aluminium plate is used to control the heating of the working platform, and the film is teared synchronously at the specified temperature, which greatly reduces the difficulty of peeling and the damage to the screen.
(3) The stripping device is equipped with a combination of knurling iron rod and full vulcanizate rod, driven by high-power motor, stepless speed regulation by imported frequency converter to realize reverse stripping, which has the characteristics of strong pulling force, not easy to slip and deformation.
(4) The temperature control system adopts the function module of PID self-tuning. The temperature of the platform can be adjusted at any time. It can heat the screen and compensate the temperature in time. The temperature precision can reach <1 C.
(5) Fifty sets of parameters are built in the software system. Frequency, torsion, braking time, multi-function terminal setting and control source selection can be set according to actual needs.
(6) Electrostatic removal equipped with high-power long-distance electrostatic ion blower for treatment.
5, after sales service
1. training:
Order equipment and send it to manufacturers for training. Our company is free to train buyer technical personnel on the routine maintenance of equipment, operation of equipment, and the replacement of the surface of liquid crystal screen. The training quota is 4.
2. installation:
Our company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment, complete the work within the date stipulated in the contract, and invite the buyer to check and accept in time.
3. acceptance:
Inspection and acceptance of equipment shall be carried out in accordance with national standards and norms and the requirements of both parties'contracts.
4, warranty period:
